One Player Mission’s client is looking for an experienced Lead Environment Artist, to manage, mobilise and mentor their teams.

The successful candidate will be critical in establishing the pipelines and processes for the Environment team as well as setting the quality bar for others to follow. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Shipped at least one title as a Lead Environment Artist. 
  • Strong leadership and empathetic people management skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • A portfolio filled with recent examples of Environment work. 
  • A strong understanding of shape, form and composition. 
  • Proven abilities in optimised 3D asset creation. 
  • Solid experience of PBR workflows. 
  • Proficiency with industry standard modelling tools such as 3D Studio Max and Maya. 
  • Experience working with Photoshop, Substance Painter. 
  • Worked with industry standard asset tracking software such as Jira.

Are you a programming veteran excelling in C++? Do you have a shipped game(s) under your belt with coding credits?  You’ll be bringing your experience and knowledge to their robust coding department. Your work will be exciting and varied as your code touches all aspects of their Stealth Shooter in Unreal Engine 5. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You have one or more shipped PC/console titles with engine or graphics credit

OPMs client are are seeing a talented Lead Game Designer with a true love for video games to join their team working on both famous and new IPs.

The successful candidate will lead the design team, working closely with a talented team of gameplay, level, and narrative designers.
 
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previously released a title on either PC or Console.
  • Been in a similar position during a full production cycle.
  • Good interdepartmental skills and awareness. 
  • Familiar with agile and scrum processes.
  • Previous experience with designing 3D action adventure titles.
  • Fluent in English.
