Global Player Experience Coordinator – Top Mobile Games – France – Permanent

OPM is excited to be working with this leading digital and social mobile game publisher. Our client creates games for all digital platforms and have an audience of 157 million monthly users offers. They operate their own established franchises and also partners with major rights holders. Their games are distributed in over 100 countries and employ 6,000 people worldwide.

The studio is currently looking for a World Coordinator (User Experience & Player Lifecycle), based in the company’s headquarters; you will focus on driving economy designers to ensure the quality of the user experience through playtests among other strategies.

Responsibilities:

• You are the expert in knowing our market and players and ensure every player have fun at any moment in our games
• Coordinate user experience process: communicate with studio on local best practice for focus groups & user testing
• Set up the structure for longer playtests used as milestones to greenlight project releases
• Ensure every game gets a proper player lifecycle management
• Coordinate benchmarking efforts for economy designers (in-depth tear downs of competitive games)

Requirements:

• Extensive experience involved in playtests and game design, preferably on online/mobile/social games
• Strong experience in a development studio (you have piloted and released at least one game from pre-production to post-launch)
• Bachelor degree (marketing, game design, economics, ergonomics…)
• Excellent excel skills, good understanding
• Excellent marketing skills, experience with user testing, focus groups
• Passionate about playing games (preferably mobile games)
• Fluent in English, another language is a plus
