At this important stage of our client’s growth, they are looking for a User Acquisition Media Buyer to work closely with the studios games teams that are focused on making the next top grossing title!


If you have a passion for working with numbers, are hands-on, crave project ownership, and are driven by making a significative impact our client is looking for you!


You will be a key member of the small sized UA team, owning the planning and execution of multiple performance marketing channels’ strategy, and working closely with the team to drive growth, innovation and profit.


You’ll have access to high level automated analytics stack that compiles data from cost to LTV at very granular level in the same place (no more time wasted with .xls export!). You will also have full access to our art and analytics teams to help make your projects and ideas a success.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Owning key UA channels for a game from beta to global domination
  • Working closely and directly with the game team and ad partners in order to achieve your KPI’s and find innovative ways to push boundaries and scale
  • Planning and executing hands-on A/B tests and campaign optimisation to maximise your game’s revenue and increase learnings and expertise in the field
  • Improving the metrics of your acquisition funnel with ASO
  • Sharing learnings/best practices/successes with the team
  • Building and expanding relationships with multiple media partners
  • Discovering new channels areas for growth
  • Collaborating effectively with multiple internal teams such as Product, Art and Analytics




  • Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Passionate about user acquisition and Data led growth
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to take full ownership of projects and grow within a small agile team
  • Take pride in constantly iterating and running A/B tests within UA channels, learning, testing again and improving KPI’s
  • Effective communicator
  • Proven track record of media buying optimisation
  • Rigorous and detail oriented
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong awareness and interest of user acquisition industry trends
  • Tableau and other data visualization tool experience is a plus
