My client is a premier producer of AAA games for the global market. Their studio is located in Sweden rated as one of the best places to live in the world. They are a team of 400 people from 35 different countries working together to produce major game titles.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have an Art, programming or games related qualification
- Comfortable making content in a Digital Content Creation Tool
- Can debug issues with your content
- Comfortable realising content based on concepts and design
- Confident coming up with new solutions to unique problems
- Confident working in and helping less senior people in, your area of expertise
- Understand performance constraints
- Interest or experience in Games development
- Previous experience working as an Artist/Technical Artist
- Worked with scripting languages or other Node Based Visual Scripting Languages
- Interested in providing a good user experience
- An interest in accessibility
- Experience working on UI
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use industry leading tools, create some of the most advanced content ever seen in games
- Work together with the UI team in all aspects of developing the game
- Use their in-house engine create content, iterate and improve, as well as prototype new features
- Work closely with Artists (both technical and traditional), Designers and Programmers to create world leading UI.
- Create UI using their Node Based Visual Scripting Language
- Attend meetings discussing and shaping features
- Ensure UI is as optimal as possible
DESIRABLE:
- Experience of developing a AAA title
- Experience working with PS4 or XBOX One
