OPM are representing candidates to a developer of racing IPs known to millions throughout the world. The studio continues to develop eagerly anticipated titles leading the field in the racing genre.

A character fit for this role would be someone who is a problem solver, a self-motivated person who pays attention to detail and has strong team working skills along with a true passion for games.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate through their work, a keen eye for motion design and great appreciation for the nuances of UI design

This will be a contracted role or temporary for 3-4 months

Responsibilities

  • Work within the UI team and assist in defining the look / feel of how the player interacts with the front end
  • Using bespoke UI tools, implement and animate the transitions / player interactions of all aspects of the UI.

Requirements

  • Experience in After Effects or similar keyframe animated Programs i.e Flash,
  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional motion design
  • Experience with software development processes, and working within production deadlines.
  • Moderate to high degree of experience in Photoshop, Illustrator.

Pluses

  • Experience working with version control software (Plastic / Perforce, or similar).

 

Although a Degree in a relevant discipline is desirable it is not essential. You will be judged on that quality of work inside your portfolio.
