Lead UI Designer- Console Games – Paris

OPM are proud to be working with a globally recognized games developer based in Paris.

The company are responsible for some of the most successful and well-known IPs in the Games Industry. Currently looking for an experienced UI Designer to join the team on a new project ambitious project.

Assignments

• UX / UI design & prototyping (Zoning, wireframes)
• Drive the design & product vision as well as provide ideas
• Design efficient & innovative user interface
• Improve the current designs & features according to your own research, data analysis & the defined business goals
• Take the lead on the navigation & interaction principles
• Implement the design system
• Follow-up with the programmers and ensure the features are properly integrated
• Contribute to imagining new features

Requirements

• Some experience in the video game industry on AAA games. Having shipped at least of them will be really appreciated
• Proficiency with the Adobe suite (Photoshop, illustrator, XD) and a previous knowledge of Unity
• At least a first experience on prototyping tools (Axure, Pencil, Balsamiq ..)
• Motion design and / or 3D skills would be appreciated (After Effects, 3DS Max …)
• A strong sense of details with design, illustration, typography, composition & colours knowledge would be nice to have
• Autonomy and capability to lead on the perimeter
• English mandatory, French nice to have
• Video game culture
• Willingness & ability to relocate to the Paris area at some point
