Project: C++ / Unreal Engine – AAA Games

OPMs clients is seeking a Tool Programmer to join a well-known independent game developer’s studio based in Warsaw. The studio is looking to reshape the industry landscape and on a new generation of Online Shooters for the worldwide gaming community.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong C/C++/C# skills
• Good professional experience with software development for consoles or PC
• Skilled with writing UIs with a toolkit such as wxWidgets, WPF, QT, Slate, Windows Forms
• Ability to write solid, reliable, efficient code
• Being able to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Open-minded and team player attitude
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate about the games industry and games development

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysing, debugging, and enhancing existing tools, plugins, and testing frameworks
• Defining needs and building new tools and optimising current ones
• Helping to answer technical challenges by communicating with the content teams
• Testing, debugging, profiling, and optimising tools implementations
• Generating and maintaining high-quality documentation
• Actively joining code reviews

DESIRED SKIILLS (good to have):

• Familiar with Unreal Engine
• Shipped at least one AAA title
• Degree(s) in computer science or related disciplines
