We are looking for an approachable, reliable and detail-orientated Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join their in-house recruitment team working within a demanding and rapidly expanding environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience within the video games industry, either in-house or agency
• A passion for recruitment and video games

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent the studio at video game industry events
• Develop Further Education and Higher Education partnerships globally
• Agency PSL liaison and development
• Champion and develop diversity hiring strategies and processes
• Public speaking at industry and education events
• Candidate sourcing / headhunting
• Ensure the candidate experience and journey is industry leading
