Our client is seeking for a talented Senior Vehicle Artist to join their team

The successful candidate will be passionate about video games and be able to adapt and have fun in our clients fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Should be proficient in packages such as Max, Maya, Zbrush, and Photoshop
• Extensive hard surface modelling experience
• Thorough knowledge of PBR workflow and procedural software such as Substance Painter / designer and Quixel DDO =
• Professional experience as a Vehicle Artist in the games industry
• Excellent understanding of structure, silhouette in respect of modelling along with exceptional understanding of mesh topology skills
• A good understanding of hard surface/vehicle shaders, real-world design and practices
• Working experience of game engines
• A portfolio demonstrating wide range of vehicles completed to a very high standard
• A passion for the aesthetic and technical aspects of vehicle creation
• Strong communication skills with the capability to successfully work across multiple internal and external teams
• A positive collaborative and professional working attitude

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Work with the Lead Vehicle Artist and Art Director to create high quality game vehicles
• Work with Tech art and Code to prototype techniques, tools, processes and workflows for vehicle production and optimisation
• Set up and integrate assets into the game engine
• Deliver to production deadlines and conform to the required technical specifications whilst maintaining the high quality bar
• Collaborate with external teams and provide critique and best practices
