Project: Mobile Games

OPMs client is looking for a Senior Vehicle Artist join clients our rapidly growing team to work on an exciting AAA project.

The successful candidate will be working on both licenced and unlicensed vehicles so you will need a strong eye for detail and precision that players will enjoy, from easy to pick up casual games to ground-breaking innovative ones.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in UE4 (or similar game engine)
• The ability to demonstrate strong understanding of industry standard art tools such as 3DS Max/Maya, Photoshop, Substance
• The ability to provide guidance to junior members of the team to help their ongoing development.
• A strong portfolio of professional or personal projects clearly showcasing your experience
• Good experience in vehicle art or other relevant experience or.
• Worked on at least 1 shipped game within the vehicle art discipline, preferably a AAA title

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the Art Team and other departments as necessary to create realistic, high end quality vehicle assets on time and to a high standard
• Carry out modelling, UV mapping, texturing and animation of vehicles, alongside implementation and configuration within Unreal Engine 4 & 5.
• Follow art pipelines, workflows, and performance budget limitations
• Mentor junior members of the Art team, assisting them with day to day best working practices and helping guide their discipline development.
• Participate in the development of technology road maps and tools
