Our client has just completed a PlayStation VR launch title and are currently hiring a Lead Producer to join the team and work on their next new and exclusive virtual reality title.


As a Lead Producer, you will be passionate about working with multidiscipline teams to enable them to deliver their best work and with the highest standards of project management. You will be able to balance many priorities, work with all types of developers and be driven to deliver fantastic games. You’ll have experience in the full development timeline having worked on a number of shipped titles from concept to submission. You will be an excellent communicator and skilled at collaborating across many streams of work to meet the needs of the project. You will understand the importance of hitting dates but be focused on delivering a quality game and always looking to improve the work of both your teams and the studio as a whole.



  • Responsible for the delivery of a major part of the project with the other leads of that area;
  • Drive both the day to day running and long-term scheduling of a number of sub teams;
  • Use your production skills to deploy the right kinds of development methodologies to fit the needs of the project and the developers your working with;
  • Work with external partners and organize work away from internal development teams where applicable;
  • Be an evangelist of your teams, their work and always looking to improve project and studio cohesion;
  • Always be thinking about improving the working practices of your team to help them achieve their best work.


Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experienced in the delivery of AAA games projects and have at least 5 years’ experience in games production;
  • You will have released at least 2 games;
  • Able to show your understanding of different development methodologies and how you’ve applied them successfully to your teams;
  • Knowledgeable with the practices of developers of all disciplines and able to communicate effectively in any team;
  • Experienced in a variety of software packages used in the production of games; MS Office, Hansoft, Jira, MS Project, Perforce, Trello.
  • Passionate about delivering fantastic games for the world’s leading console.
  • Knowledge of Motion Capture and the process of planning motion capture shoots from brief to animation in game is a plus.
