The successful candidate will drive the vision of their games from conception through to launch.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar role. 
• Have a keen eye for detail, along with an analytical mindset. 
• You understand what impacts on the player experience and strive to improve the overall game experience. 
• Able to guide teams down the right path and lead by example.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Leading the product team to deliver on the vision and it’s ambitions goals. 
• Suring the products aspects and teams are alligned while working towards building the best experience possible. 
• Lead cross-functional teams in creating creative content and incredible experiences. 
• Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the product and how it can be a hit and continue to grow. 
• Lead the testing process and make optimisation decisions.
