OPM’s client are seeking a Senior Outsource Manager to join their team. They have a name for making beautiful games in diverse genres and art styles. They are currently working on their most recently announced game, which is set for release in 2018.
You will primarily responsible for the set up and management of our outsourcing vendors and ensuring that the resulting assets are delivered on schedule, to budget and meet the quality goals.
Be comfortable travelling internationally when necessary to external studios to develop vital face-to-face relationships to build strong foundations on long-term engagements. With these relationships in place the Senior Outsource Manager can maintain alignment and smooth production between internal and external teams.
You will focus on motivating and driving outsourcing partners to establish and implement outsource-management procedures and pipelines.

  • Solid understanding of Next Gen pipelines for asset creation
  • Must have worked to coordinate outsourced material on multiple console titles
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Agile project management and the different approaches to the scheduling of asset production
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests from different people while working towards a deadline.




  • Be the point of contact and owner of the relationship with outsource partners
  • Set up long-term workflows and processes that allow for efficient, flexible and timely delivery of high numbers of high quality assets
  • Work with the internal teams to create template documents for outsourcing packs, ensuring the quality of all packs sent and received are to the standard set by our client
  • Work with outsource partners and production to establish a schedule and roadmap for the completion of assets to make sure project’s dates are upheld
  • Setup internal team reviews, collate and share feedback amongst outsource partners within a defined sign off process
  • Work proactively to manage the logistical side of complex projects with multiple dependencies
  • Maintain healthy relationships with outsourcing partners and work with them to implement high standards efficiently
  • Work with internal team Producers to balance quality, time and costs while maintaining the studios incredibly high standards
  • Pro-actively identify and resolve risks to both the project and outsource pipeline and ensure that all security measures are in place

Work with the team Leads and Art Directors to create and assess the asset briefs required to ensure the quality of work delivered is appropriate for the final product.
