OPM are working with a Brighton-based development studio, working on an exciting unannounced title seeking a Senior OR Lead designer to join their award-winning team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong experience in a similar senior role.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
- Professional experience with Unity or Unreal Engine.
- The ability to concisely articulate game concepts and analyse game mechanics.
- Experience with vehicle and open world gameplay.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Responding to and implementing feedback from reviews and playtests.
- Ensuring smooth and clean communications within the team.
- Creating and maintaining design documentations.
- Implementing game mechanics and systems using Unreal Engine.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Have previous experience with shipping a new title.
