Senior Game Designer – F2P Mobile Games – Spain – Permanent

Do you want to be part of a worldwide mobile games leader? OPM’s client, a F2P Mobile Game Developer, is currently looking for creative Senior Game Designers to become part of the growth of their Design Team.

If you’re a professional Game Designer who’s passionate about video games, a problem solver with strong attention to detail, proactive, rigorous, a team worker with leadership and organization skills then this role could be for you!

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Head of Product to set the direction of the game design for the game from the scratch
• Manage a team of the game designers to enable them to grow and contribute their best efforts
• Apply your market knowledge to design not only the game, but the product with the best fit to its target audience
• Analyse the performance of your game and player’s behaviour to improve KPI metrics
• Design complex yet simple to understand systems for a game, which should easily fit in the global picture and compliment the game
• Balance economy progression and difficulty progression to achieve natural challenging progression and rewarding experience for the player
• Lead UX design for the game, ensuring perfect usability for every part of a game
• Transform high-level ideas into detailed and well thought-out concepts and execute their implementation from top to bottom

Requirements:

• Extensive experience designing mobile games
• At least one successful game in your portfolio
• Experience mentoring other designers
• Excellent written and verbal English skills

Desirable experience:

• Lead experience within a Design role
• Worked on the full process of a F2P mobile project, F2P experience is highly beneficial for this role
