OPM’s client are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated and talented Senior Game Designer to join their passionate and talented team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong experience in game design.
• Previous experience working on MMORPG’s.
• Experience in designing quests.
• Familiarity designing single- and multi-player encounters
• Content and systems design experience
• Able to work creatively in a demanding team environment

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Working as part of the Design Group taking responsibilities for large features, systems and content.
• Providing mentoring and feedback to the sub-disciplined leads.
• Working with production to provide feedback on high level plans and schedules.
• Collaborate with other department leads to ensure positive communications and problem solving between all disciplines.
