Are you an experienced Environment Artist looking for a new challenge and creative freedom?


Our client is looking for a Senior Environment Artist to join their team and be at the forefront of developing an exciting new realistic game. You will work closely with the development team helping shape the vision of the game along with defining and implementing a suitable pipeline for environment art production.


The ideal candidate portfolio will contain solid Environment work showing a range of styles and settings which demonstrate the ability to create a wide range of environment assets, buildings, terrain, props etc.

Experience in procedural/modular systems would be advantageous.


About you:


  • Industry experience.
  • Creative flair and ability communicate visual ideas to others quickly and effectively;
  • Focused, but adaptable, flexible and open to change.
  • Expert in the creation of high quality, high resolution 3D assets, UV maps, textures, and other content, matching all technical and artistic requirements.
  • Be a team player who goes above and beyond to support those around them
  • Experience with projects using Unity Engine.




  • Extensive game development experience at a professional level
  • Implementing a suitable pipeline for environment art production.
  • Overseeing the consistency of environment art on given project.
  • Creating key environmental assets in part or in full, as appropriate;
  • Experience creating environment art for multiple published video game titles;
  • Exceptional understanding of current 3D art techniques and practices, and the ability to quickly and efficiently communicate these to a team in an adaptable, straightforward way;
  • Superlative communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when giving feedback and notes on how to improve and implement artwork;
  • Mastery of industry standard creative software such as Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance, with the ability to pass this knowledge onto others.
  • Able to plan your work and the work of other artists.
  • Excellent Work ethic.
