OPM are partnered with one of the most innovative companies in interactive entertainment, winning numerous awards and receiving critical acclaim worldwide. Their newest studio, based in London, one of the world’s most vibrant cities, is currently growing their team and have a unique opportunity for a talented Senior Engine Programmer to join work on an unannounced MMO title.

The successful candidate will join a cross discipline team creating world class procedural generation tech and essential core systems that will support their future and current projects.


  • Passionate about developing games, having worked on one or more PC or console games
  • Considerable professional experience using C++
  • Professional experience designing, implementing, and maintaining core and procedural systems
  • Versatility and a committed to contributing to variety of programming tasks
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Solid experience programming in UE4
  • Understanding of scene optimisation (Streaming, Culling, etc)
  • Understanding of content creation tools (Houdini, Maya, etc) and their pipelines.


  • Developing procedural generation systems for the Art and Gameplay teams
  • Designing, developing, and optimising the game engine and supporting systems
  • Integrating online services
  • Proactively contribute to solving problems of any size
  • Cooperate with designers to define and implement features
  • Perform code reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge
  • Bug fixing and optimisation from the engine upwards
  • Collaborating with other disciplines to provide code support
  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Constant learning about modern games systems and best practices
  • Getting proactively involved in a friendly and Agile studio
