Senior Character Artist – Cambridge, UK – Remote – AAA Games

OPM’s client is looking for a Senior character Artist to help create Life-changing Art with Game-changing Tech.

The successful candidate will join a BAFTA award winning studio working on several AAA Games.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have artistic flare and talent with an enthusiasm for realism.
• Technically and artistically driven.
• Skilled at creating beautifully textured materials and surfaces.
• Demonstrably an expert in modelling and sculpting with a strong knowledge of anatomy.
• Expert knowledge of the entire character art pipeline.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 4.
• You will have held a similar role creating high-end CG game or VFX characters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create exceptional, realistic characters that set the bar for what is possible in real time
• Use deep problem solving to help build tool chains and integrate cutting edge processes in all aspects of character production
• Use these skills to generate industry leading work
• Be part of a small team of experienced and friendly professionals who value communication, collaboration and a burning desire for self-improvement
