OPM’s client are looking for a Senior Artist to join their team.

You’ve got that special mix of artistic and technical vision. You can produce art assets that are of exceptional quality at speed; you understand how to concept, plan and iterate to get the best possible results in an efficient way. You’re always learning, trying new things out, picking up new skills, keeping at the cutting edge of game art practice.

Within this role you will:

• Be directly responsible for delivering all aspects of the art on a brand-new project.
• Take the lead in pushing the visual quality and standards to the highest level
• Supervise all the various art disciplines
• Assist production with estimates and scheduling
• Support and report directly to the Art Director / Creative Director
• Create high quality realistic and stylized Next Gen game art buildings, props and landscapes.
• Sculpt and model high and low polygon assets and texture them through the PBR pipeline
• Ensure assets created follow the given art direction, and are within the agreed production deadlines and conform to the required technical specifications

We need you to have:

• Broad knowledge of Art production on AAA games
• Expert knowledge of 3D pipelines and asset management
• Comprehensive communication and planning skills
• Must have completed several AAA titles, preferably at least one as Senior Artist or similar role
• Expert levels of High and Low polygon modelling
• Extensive years production working on AAA games
• Experience in developing art for Unreal Engine 4
