They offer a comprehensive range of services from conception to release, and beyond. Their far-reaching gaming services include: game localisation, community management, customer support services, voice-over recordings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives.

• Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to create prospecting process.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to create and train lead qualification process.
• Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.
• Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
• Implement performance plans according to company procedure.
• Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.
• Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports.
• Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.

YOUR PROFILE

• Relevant experience in video games.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentational skills
• Experience in developing, marketing and sales strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
