*ROMANIA BASED REMOTE WORKING* – C++ Contract Games Programmer – PC/Console Games

This role is able to offer remote working for candidates based and elidable to work in Romania

OPM’s clients are a global services company that works together with game developers and publishers through outsourced production services with over 1500 titles across all genres and all platforms under their belt.

They are seeking passionate and experienced C++ Games Programmers to work with state-of-the-art technology with the aim of making a significant impact in the gaming industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Robust generalist programming ability with extensive professional experience with C++.
• Professional console development experience having shipped multiple AAA games.
• Professional experience with multiple game engines such as Unity & Unreal Engine.
• Expertise with Core systems, Optimisation (CPU, Memory).
• Outstanding debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field, or comparable experience.

DESIRED SKILLS (good to have):

• Professional experience with C#, Python, Perforce and other SCMs.
• Professional experience in Audio engineering.
• Professional experience with Cloth/Physics engineering.
• Professional experience with VFX engineering.
• Professional experience in Mobile games development.
