Our cleint are looking for a Recruitment Manager to work with their leadership and management team to serve an integral role as the main point of contact for both candidates and managers, guiding them through the full recruitment life cycle. The Recruitment Manager will use innovative approaches to attraction, sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering, and closing in a rapidly growing international games publishing and development company. 

The successful applicant will own and implement their recruitment strategy to ensure they hire qualified employees to meet the company’s current and future needs.

The Recruitment Manager owns end to end the entire recruitment process; from employment branding, to recruitment to interviewing, right through to early stage individual performance alongside all the interconnected processes between them.


  • Own the overall recruitment process from attraction to sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering, and closing offers
  • Own the overall candidate experience, making it a core element of your recruitment work
  • Build and implement a recruitment strategy inline with business objectives
  • Source candidates for a variety of roles; entry level, senior or niche
  • Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent and pipeline development for key positions
  • Build a candidate pipeline with key partners for various roles and key skills
  • Work with our Training and Development Manager and other managers to create clear career pathways
  • Develop and deliver the employer brand including development of a graduate scheme
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
  • Supervise our recruiting partners and report on its performance
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g.  time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Mentor and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Coordinate with program manager to forecast future hiring needs
  • Design and establish our presence in industry job fairs and career events
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, Universities, colleges and other partners
  • Conduct market research to ensure recruitment strategy and total compensation is in line with market expectations
  • Be an ambassador of our cause within the local community engaging with schools, third sector and higher education


  • Strong history of direct recruitment experience within a corporate, boutique search firm or agency environment
  • Experience with designing and managing robust selection processes for technical and professional roles
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Ability to build strong networks both externally and internally
  • Experience with phone and in-person interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Comfortable working on roles that need to be filled quickly

  • Experience developing employment branding including graduate recruitment programmes
