OPM have partnered with an industry leading developer, setting the world alight with their popular online game enjoyed my millions around the world! An Amsterdam-based company, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

The perfect candidate will project manage a broad variety of projects with different functions such as publishing, esports, external partnership, alongside managing teams to strategize, design, execute, observe, and control aspects of each project.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good professional experience as a Product Manager or a Marketing role with a proven record of increasing team efficiency
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Expert skills regarding scheduling best practices and overall team efficiency
• Experienced in effectively collaborating with internal teams and executives
• Ensuring a high level of communication throughout the organisation and proactively share visibility of project with members
• Highly organised and be able to manage multiple type of projects on pressured deadlines
• Proactive and positive attitude in finding solutions on making projects work
• Positive attitude to learn and adapt when faced with challenges internally as well as externally

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing Project Management and support on project schedule management, continuous process improvement, and organisational effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute projects, pipelines, and milestones on EMEA activities
• Formulate and deliver project reports, customised dashboards, schedules, and presentations for project status meetings
• Enable review session with the Creative Team Lead on asset creation from the Content Team
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports on the Creative team output
• Oversee, plan & track multiple project schedules, baselines and budgets using the full capabilities of Wrike, Jira or other management software
• Monitor all project leads and develop future opportunities as EMEA initiatives

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree(s) or higher education qualifications preferred
• Understanding of overseeing Marketing campaign/projects within the games industry
