OPMs client is establishing a team of passionate story telling game developers to join their studio in Suffolk.

As Production Director this is a unique opportunity to be part of the executive team from the beginning, allowing you to contribute directly towards the team structure for their flag ship project. This is a wonderful role for someone who wants a new challenge with a clean canvas.


  • Motivating leader, being a source for inspiration helping others to empower themselves by nurturing an environment of teamwork, knowledge sharing, creativity, constructive criticism, recognition, and appreciation.
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to communicate at all levels of the organisation, explaining technical and non-technical items in detail without losing your audience.
  • An engineer at the core, have a superb level of understanding in game engine architecture and games development in both the technical and creative areas.
  • Passionate about the player experience.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Able to identify your team’s needs and knowledge gaps.
  • An advocate in continuous personal development across your whole team.
  • Experience delivering AAA games to market for console and PC with at least one published title in a leadership role.


  • Work closely with the Story, Creative, and Development teams owning the product roadmap.
  • Ensure product vision is met with a keen eye on continuity.
  • Work closely and support their strategic partners ensuring they meet objectives.
  • You will be part of the executive team and report to the CTO.
  • Work with the CTO to build your dream team.
