OPM are proud to be working with one of the worldwide leaders in mobile games with an incredibly talented international team based in the diverse and beautiful city of Barcelona. They are looking for a Product Marketer to join their team.

The successful candidate will be: analytical, problem solver, proactive, team worker, rigorous and detail oriented. They are smart and creative but humble and practical at the same time. They are not afraid to take risks, but ensure you have enough information on which to base your decision.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create the marketing strategies of games, deciding how much to invest, where to invest, who to target, what creative to use and what channels to use.
  • Control a budget that could range between 6 and 8 figures per year, to drive profitable growth globally.
  • Responsible for planning the marketing roadmap of the game including: TV, Youtube, ASO and other marketing experiments.
  • Responsible for the results of a specific game marketing team, coordinating the efforts of user acquisition specialists, artists, influencers, community specialists and analysts.
  • Manage all negotiations with their partners to achieve volume, quality and ROI targets.
  • Manage and track all marketing campaigns for their games to know what is working and what is not.
  • Communicate and get buy-in for your marketing strategy from the product teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong Product Marketing experience in the mobile games industry
  • Expertise in setting up marketing strategies
  • Experience of data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with User Acquisition KPIs including: LTV, CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS, retention etc.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Proven record of consistently exceeding targets
  • Good relationship building with partners
  • Passion for the games industry
