Producer – Strategy Games – PC/ Console – Hybrid – Paris, France

Our client is a team of experienced, quality driven video game lovers who want to create the finest strategy games with the help of their players! Their close relationship with the community is a core feature of the studio’s philosophy. 

They are looking for a Producer to supervise all different stages of the video game production process on their new unannounced project, under the supervision of the Production Director.   

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development supervision by providing support to the production teams  
• Schedules’ / Planning elaboration and monitoring, tasks and issues prioritization and dispatch  
• Coordination within the different members of the team (Artists, Game Designer, Programmers, Marketing, …)  
• Scrum meetings animation  
• Outsourcing management (external graphic production, QA, etc…) in collaboration with other Producers/Associate Producers
• Release management: first party requirements and backend supervision. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field 
• Extensive experience in video game industry in a similar or relevant position with significant involvement in 1 published game on console or PC  
• A recent experience in console game certification. 
• Fluent or native in English and in French   
• Skills in project coordination and management (organization, milestones setting, prioritization, agile and V-cycle-like methodologies   etc.)  
• Ability to work effectively within a team and interact with a large variety of profiles  
• Empathy, openness and adaptability 
• A taste for video games, ideally strategy games
