OPM are working with a well-established UK developer steeped in history, awards, and success. They have developed on multiple platforms and through continued growth they are looking for a Producer to join their team on newest projects.

The successful candidate will take ownership of several projects that are in development. As a key member of the team, you will be utilizing your production knowledge to guide and lead internal development teams as well as external partners.


  • Professional experience in a production role within the games industry.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience, with a great understanding of modern project management methodologies and practices.
  • Proactive and open-minded in resolving issues relating to the structure of game development.
  • Deep knowledge of the games industry and modern gaming trends.


  • Overseeing the delivery of internal and external games development projects from initial concept through to release and beyond.
  • Delivering leadership to the development leads and the wider project team, you will be key in ensuring that the team is engaged and motivated.
  • Using your expertise to deliver coaching and mentorship to associate producers and production assistants within the department.
  • Assisting developers to create a schedule and scope for their project.
  • Utilising good project management techniques to manage and control the overall scope, budget, schedule, and quality of their games.
  • Responsible for the tracking and reporting of project status and risks to production leadership, the commercial team, and other stakeholders, as necessary.
  • Reviewing milestone deliverables and working to ensure they are fully achieved to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with the QA team on testing strategy, prioritising, and triaging issues, and ensuring testing alignment with development plans.
