This award-winning studio is a giant in the games industry. OPM are thrilled to continue to support them with their hiring needs and can now confirm that they are currently looking for a Producer to take ownership over the planning and organization of the Dialog team.

You will be the driving force behind ensuring that recording sessions are scheduled and set-up in a way that empowers the director(s) to deliver triple-A quality. You make sure that contracts are in place and communication with vendors and talent agents runs smooth. Assets are in place in the studio and scripts are exported in time and according to the needs of the team. You will play a crucial role in the recording, integration and animation pipeline for the team.

 

What you will do:

  • Work closely with the producer of Cinematics to monitor budgets, ensure continuity of content, and appropriate resource distribution between teams
  • Track status of assets, chase impediments and flag risks
  • Facilitate intradepartmental communication with audio, writing and living world to mitigate complex co-dependencies
  • Arrange stakeholder reviews of integrated content and triage feedback
  • Coordinate (in-house) MOCAP shoots
  • Organize (live) casting sessions, rehearsals and recording sessions
  • Handle paperwork for sessions, work orders, and talent contracts when required

 

 

Required for this position:

  • Professional game industry experience including direct experience with vendor management
  • Experience with MOCAP/dialog sessions and familiarity with requirements for successful content acquisition
  • A proven track-record of solving complex production problems efficiently
  • Knowledgeable of production and recording pipelines
  • Comfortable in an ambiguous and dynamic work environment, embracing changes and accepting revisions if needed to improve the game
  • Master of both agile and waterfall production methods, able to discern which approach to take based on the situation
  • A relentless attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent English

 

 

Bonus skills:

  • Practical experience with attending recording sessions
  • Proficient in JIRA and Shotgun
  • A basic technical understanding of editing software such as Pro-Tools, Nuendo, Premiere and/or Final Cut
