Our client is looking for a Producer to work closely with their Chief Creative Director (Director) across multiple ambitious and exciting new projects!

The candidate will have games experience in the production role on at least one AAA console or PC game and be able to demonstrate excellent Organisational, interpersonal and development experience.  The primary focus is to be an interface between the Director and the rest of the Production team including the Production Director across several projects so that creative direction is recorded, acted upon, tracked and fed to team members to ensure efficient running of each project.

The role requires deep understanding of the development process, project management software and the ability to be flexible in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that work requiring review is identified with team members, the Production Director and Producers on each team
  • That dailies are booked with the Director, coordinated with his Personal Assistant
  • All materials, hardware and software are ready for review and that all required team members are present
  • Pertinent discussions, feedback, action points are recorded within the daily in an efficient manner and instantly disseminated to the various teams
  • Feedback and progress from all dailies are tracked throughout the project development cycle
  • All feedback is fed back to the Production Team and that resulting problems and solutions are followed through
  • Keep strict time-keeping of dailies to ensure efficient use of everyone’s time.
  • Keeping Director up to speed with progress across all projects in a visual and accessible format
  • Track “at-desk” feedback and direction between the Director and team members and feed this back to the production team
  • Coordinate with the Personal Assistant to ensure that best use of Director’s time and schedule
  • Active problem-solving and assistance with the production team to help integrate feedback and direction
  • Help with the organising and smooth-running of technical demos and presentations to the public or visitors
  • Organise, document and follow through creative and highly technical meetings within the team and with external collaborators.
  • Act as 1st AD to Director during performance capture shoots for smooth running of the crew.
