Our client is a world-renowned publisher of some of the best modern day AAA Games! Due to expansion we are looking for a PR / Communication Manager to join this successful team.

You'll be building comprehensive plans, strategies and relationships with media, influencers, content creators and social media advocates in this demanding and competitive industry. A key part of this role is to act as an ambassador for all of their clients titles, develop press events, press strategies, communication campaigns, manage agencies, create stand out ideas all to drive coverage. As part of this role you will act as a line in report to the overall social media communications team.

It's suited to someone with a passion for the entertainment industry, management of products, people and games overall, someone with media training, someone who understands content, driving awareness, delivering on KPIs and demonstrating passion and motivation. You are the voice to the media that help build communities and drive business objectives.

You will work closely with their EU team to provide correct messaging whilst building channels whilst creating engaging content.


  • General knowledge of games and the video game / entertainment industry
  • Extensive PR or Communications experience, ideally within the videogames or technology industry
  • Experience in Communications / PR at a Manager level
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and video editing software would be advantageous
  • Knowledge and relationships with UK media and content creators
  • Project Management experience


  • Develop the UK & Ire PR strategy, campaign and execute to a high level
  • Manage budgets for each title monitoring KPIs and ROI across all activities
  • Manage content, codes, inventory of games, competitions and activity
  • Management of Communications Executive and Community Manager working on their key development
  • Create and manage key PR events within budget which will include overseas travel and local creative approaches
  • Manage key PR agencies who will aid and support on all key titles. Develop influencer agency strategies
  • Management of local database, developing new contacts across UK/Ire as well as new streamers and influencer contact lists
  • Drive PR communication through the local social team to amplify engagement and awareness on key coverage
