I am pleased to be working with a great start-up games development company who are looking for a talented individual with mobile games marketing experience. You will be a Marketing Manager working

across their entire portfolio of premium and free to play mobile games.  The Mobile Games Marketing Manager will be responsible for formulating, hands on management and execution of our performance marketing strategy.


Your role:

  • Devising integrated acquisition and retention marketing plans and content calendars for each game in partnership with the Community Manager and Product teams.
  • Owning app store creative and optimization across our mobile games portfolio using AB testing.
  • Planning and optimising campaigns on social platforms and mobile networks with hyper-focus on LTV and ROI.
  • Supporting Game Designers to deliver effective time limited events and promotions in live games to improve visibility of game systems used to optimise monetisation.
  • Leading weekly internal marketing meetings.
  • Optimizing targeting, creative, marketing messages, marketing spend, bids and budget allocation.
  • Developing business relationships with key partners including marketing agencies and advertising networks.
  • Writing creative briefs for internal game artists or external agencies to ensure we produce best in class creative consistent across all channels that resonates with consumers.
  • Overseeing the dashboard setup and use of attribution analytics to ensure marketing optimisation decisions are driven by real data.
  • Recognizing and staying current with game marketing trends, best practices, and customer requirements, you will be an advocate in the mobile marketing community.
  • Creating repeatable processes to improve efficiency and predictability.


Skills you hold

  • Experience in a mobile games marketing role.
  • Experience of ASO and creative AB testing.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proven understanding of performance marketing.
  • Understanding of tracking and attributing conversions.
  • Good creative and aesthetic judgement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
