OPM are proud to be working with a development studio based in Los Angeles working on some of the most well-known AAA Games franchise’s known worldwide. They are currently looking for a Mid / Senior Systems Designer to play a key role within the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• An excellent understanding of past and current game trends.
• Ability to multi-task, self-manage, self-motivate and adapt easily to change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of multiplayer gaming modes and systems.
• Wide-ranging experience designing gameplay systems for multiplayer action games.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 4.
• Comfortable with technical implementation; using game editors, scripting languages and tools.
• Deep understanding of multiplayer gaming modes and systems.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Create, communicate, and champion designs for meta-game systems i.e. Matchmaking, Cosmetics, Analytics, Career Stats.
• Drive collaboration between all departments.
• Define the game’s core gameplay systems.
• Design new features, and take an active role in product reviews.
• Implement, tune, and balance game systems, economies, and progression.
• Set priorities and objectives together with key stakeholders.
