REQUIREMENTS:

• 3D Animation demo reel showcasing your best games animations
• Production of high quality hand keyed animation
• Work with and understand Motion Capture data
• Assist in Lead responsibilities such as mentoring, scheduling and R&D into new features
• Contribute to the conceptualisation of character behaviours and abilities
• Provide detailed input during the character creation process, from concept to modelling to final rigging, identifying character performance and functionality requirements
• Demonstrate an understanding of the pipelines and procedures within the project/company
• Able to direct MoCap talent during character rehearsal and motion capture shoots

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating 3D Animations in a broad range of styles
• Doing both keyframe and/or MOCAP animations as required by the project
• Working to game animation production schedules and to deadline
• Communicate across departments
• Manage your own workload and report to the Lead Artist
