Our client is currently seeking an experienced Mid or Senior Gameplay Animator to join their dedicated team working on an exciting AAA Action Game using a world famous license!

You will aspire to challenge the status quo and bring an energetic and creative mindset to the table.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous gameplay animation experiences with a shipped title under your belt.
• A good technical knowledge of gameplay processes and pipelines.
• Solid understanding of gameplay animation systems.
• Previous in-engine prototyping experience.
• In-depth knowledge of human and animal anatomy, body language and emotions.
• Previous experience working with human movement and facial expressions.
• Working experience with Motion Builder.
• Motion Capture experience.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Work alongside the animation team, lead animators, designers, artists and programmers to execute the vision of the game.
• Create and animate 3D characters using both key framing and motion capture.
• Create gameplay animations.
• Communicating with external partners to define animation deliverables.
• Planning and executing motion capture sessions.
• Work with programmers and designers to ensure animations properly fitting technical and game design requirements.

DESIRED:

• Knowledge of creating facial/lip sync animations.
• Experience with motion matching and modern industry animation technologies.
• Experience with combat systems animations.
• Knowledge of art and animation fundamentals.
