OPM's client is a fully independent game studio based in the beautiful city of Dublin. They are making an exciting new Multiplayer game from the ground up.

Due to the continued growth of the studio they are looking for a experienced Marketing Producer to join their team.

The successful candidate will be part of an early tight-knit team laser-focused on creating a game from its inception. As a Marketing Producer you’re a leader who is comfortable prioritising goals, creating schedules, and leading teams to achieve great outcomes.


  • Experience working with a Marketing Team on a successful game
  • Working with external vendors to deliver high quality marketing content across different mediums and platforms
  • An understanding of agile development
  • The ability to lead teams and partner with key stakeholders across the company


  • Successfully helping take a game to market, or a working on a major expansion
  • Cross platform game experience
  • Free to play experience


  • Work with the Marketing Lead, Community, and a mix of creatives internally and
    externally to deliver marketing content for use across our studio's marketing campaigns
  • Manage workflow from concept to delivery
  • Prioritise and track requests to ensure content is delivered on schedule
  • Collaborate on marketing strategy and planning
  • Manage and optimise team processes
  • Help to source external vendors with skills/experience to meet marketing needs
  • Identify, surface and manage risks
  • Work with Legal to ensure any necessary agreements are in place with external vendors, etc
