An unparalleled opportunity to gain hands on games marketing experience supporting the sales & marketing team delivering against their objectives for global product launches and campaigns.

Our client’s sales & marketing team is a passionate and growing, multi-discipline team spanning marketing, product, communications, growth, creative services, operations and sales, who are dedicated to spreading the message about world class games to a global audience of gamers and motorsports fans. As part of the sales & marketing team you will be at the interface between award-winning development teams, players and business customers, shaping their product roadmap, setting global go to market strategy, leading global communications, managing digital distribution and steering sales and marketing partnerships around the globe.

Positive outcomes include:

  • Increased efficiency and output across product marketing, video, creative services, sales and communications
  • Internal and external stakeholders are well informed and up to date on key marketing activity and status of marketing deliverables
  • Product management team are well supported and able to delegate key tasks
  • Marketing and sales assets are approved in line with brand and licensing guidelines, trafficked on time, easy to find and optimised for search
  • Events are well set up, secure and well run

Duties Include:

  • Supporting Product Managers on global product launches and campaigns
  • Maintenance of internal playable code & distribution of builds
  • Assisting in key marketing asset production and development
  • Event support and set up with internal and external teams & partners, including sales meetings, trade shows and press and influencer events
  • Managing and tracking marketing asset approval with platform holders and licensing
  • Quality and brand assurance for and distribution and digital storage of videos and other marketing assets
  • Regular liaison with development studios

Requirements

  • This is an entry level/ near entry level role for a recent graduate or career changer with a global outlook
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about video games, popular culture and/or motorsports
  • Self-starting and entrepreneurial with a growth mindset
  • Able to work well under pressure and deliver against deadlines as part of a team
  • Demonstrates curiosity, flexibility and an eagerness to keep learning and experimenting
  • Undergraduate degree or comparable experience
  • Apprenticeship options available
