Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hybrid – Dublin – Multiplayer Games Developer

Our client is a fully independent game studio based in the beautiful city of Dublin. They are making cooperative games that put players first, an original IP that offers a genre-defining multiplayer experience!

Due to the continued growth of the studio they are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be the key touch point for all their incoming and future hires. You will support all teams throughout the hiring process and be responsible for ensuring and maintaining top calibre candidate experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A high level of empathy and effective, inclusive communication skills.
  • Prioritise a seamless candidate experience and serve the needs of the business and its leaders.
  • Proactively seek out solutions in a demanding market.
  • Experience in a games studio

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Support the company hiring strategy.
  • Engage and qualify a diverse pool of candidates from a range of channels and sources.
  • Strategically partner with hiring managers at every stage of the recruiting life cycle.
  • Drive the candidate evaluation process and manage the offer process.
  • Act as a champion for candidates throughout their journey by ensuring they feel supported and set up for success.
  • Manage an efficient interview process and positive candidate experience by setting clear expectations and communicating timely updates.
  • Identify unique ways to source strong candidates via social media channels, branding initiatives, driving employee referrals, and attending networking events.
  • Hands on recruitment at all levels on a variety of positions including Tech, Production and Art.

DESIRED:

  • Previous experience with ATS’s ideally Workable.
  • Previous HR experience or working within a HR team.
  • Previous experience in the gaming industry.
