Localisation Testing Project Manager – Permanent – Spain

My client, a well-known localisation and translation service provider is looking for a Testing Project Manager to join their expanding testing department.

Required Experience

Long standing experience working as a Localisation Testing Project Manager, preferably having worked at some point for a service provider


As a Localisation Testing Project Manager you will manage testing projects from the start until the final delivery. You will be in direct contact with clients and you will have full ownership of the project execution and delivery within the agreed timelines and budgets according to high quality standards.

Knowledge and abilities:

  • Experienced in budgeting, mitigation, project planning, resource planning, risk analysis, and organization
  • Advanced Project Management skills including strong reporting, planning, communication and organizational skills
  • Execution and management of multiple teams
  • Experience with online and mobile testing
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Positive and Proactive “can do” attitude
  • Capability to manage multilingual projects in a very active and fast-paced work environment where schedule changes are part of planning
  • First Party hardware knowledge including next-gen consoles: updating firmware, transferring and launching digital media, debug and PC tools
  • Ability to take ownership of the project and successfully solve unexpected issues with a minor impact
  • Understanding the importance of customer service, confidentiality, quality and security
  • Capacity to work as a team member as well as independently
  • Willingness to improve and learn, support other team members and go the extra mile
  • Able to negotiate effectively without compromising relationships on either side of the chain


  • Tools: Jira, DevTrack, Mantis, Test Track Pro
  • IT literacy: especially Microsoft Office suite, Visio
  • Languages: English with full working proficiency, other languages are a plus

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Follow company policy and values
  • POC for clients
  • Follow established processes and create new ones
  • Take full ownership of each phase in the project life cycle
  • Prepare status reports, post-mortems, etc.
  • Creation of test plans and strategies
  • Proposal preparation for RFQ in a timely manner
  • Manage internal and client databases
  • Coordinate and manage multiple testing teams
  • Testing media and hardware preparation
  • Evaluate and select testers
  • Successfully prepare and execute multilingual projects within agreed timelines and budgets

Salary and benefits will be discussed at interview with the company and are individually negotiated by OPM.
