OPM’s client is one of the worlds largest and most recognised game outsource partners in the world. They are currently seeking a experienced Lead Technical Artist to join their team and oversee a talented team of technical artists.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help, Mentor and Train Junior and Senior Technical Artists
• Assist artists in their day-to-day task including troubleshooting, problem solving.
• Oversee Technical Art requests from multiple projects.
• Research and Development of tools, art pipelines.
• Writing documentation about art processes.
• Teach artist best practices for art creation.
• Work closely with programmers, artists, and technical artists
• Use different DCC apps like Maya, 3ds Max, Photoshop etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Capability, interest, and willingness to learn.
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbally.
• Solid problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• English language skills are required
