Lead Programmer – Unreal Engine RTS Games – Hybrid/Onsite Frankfurt, Germany

One Player Mission are excited to be working with a fast growing game development studio of 20 team members, recently founded with the goal to revive a legendary game franchise.

One Player Missions client located in Darmstadt, close to Frankfurt, Germany is seeking a Lead Gameplay Programming expert and leader who is passionate about realistic military games and tactics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Expert knowledge and Experience within the games industry
• Great understanding and experience with Unreal Engine
• Excellent programming skills in C++
• Understanding in coding gameplay systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To collaborate between Gameplay Programmers, Level Designers and Game Designers
• Undertake the mentoring of a team of coders
• To lead, expand and share vast experience in coding NPCs AI, interfaces and tools for Level Designers, cameras, controls, animation integration, behaviour trees and state machines.
