Lead Market Analyst – Mobile Games – Barcelona

The Strategy Team Lead will hire and manage several business analysts to deliver analytical insights on the market to help game teams boost KPIs related to engagement & monetization. Reporting to the VP of Monetization, he/she aims to assist in the company’s portfolio decisions by clearly communicating analysis of key trends and impact of competitor game systems & Live Operations.

Your main challenges will include:

•          Management: Set up the Strategy team, Manage priorities & assignments

•          Market insights: Keep the company updated on key market trends & benchmark new data sources

•          Competitive benchmarks: Proactively study new game systems and asses their performance

•          Company Strategy: Support key initiatives in the Product vertical with KPIs and models

•          Internal consultant: Assist game teams with ad-hoc analysis and recommendations

Requirements:

•          Extensive experience in Games/Online/Investment Banking or Consulting, in analytical roles

•          Excellent analytical & data modelling skills; and full proficiency of Excel/PowerPoint

•          Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field; Master is a plus

•          Complete fluency in English, both written and orally

Bonus:

•          Managed teams of 5+ people

•          Experience working on a live game operated as a service

•          Basic knowledge of programming languages is an asset (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
