OPM’s client, one of the UK's most creative and stable game developers, is currently looking for a Lead Level Designer to join their team. Having been developing games since the early 2000s they have assembled a talented team of over 300 staff having developed a series of successful titles across all gaming platforms.

The successful candidate will join work on a new IP, playing a crucial role development from the ground up and building a team that can deliver a quality product.


  • Extensive game development experience.
  • Have shipped a previous title in a Senior or Lead design role.
  • Extensive knowledge of level design theory.
  • Great motivational skills and the ability to inspire greatness from your team.


  • Work in partnership with cross-discipline teams to create thrilling, ground-breaking and appealing levels.
  • Expand and evolve the tools, processes, and pipelines that the level design team will use.
  • Champion the game’s vision through all stages of development.
  • Collaborate with production to plan and deliver the level design workload for the project.
  • Use player-feedback and design direction to refine the gameplay experience.
  • Guide and develop less experienced members of the level design team.
