Lead Gameplay Animator – Hybrid – Spain – Online Fantasy RPG

One Player Mission’s client is a AAA developer, with studios in three beautiful cities, Barcelona, Malmo and Copenhagen! 

As Lead Gameplay Animator you will be the expert of your craft and support the team of talented animators to bring the games vision to life through animation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience crafting animations without solely relying on Motion Capture.
• Gameplay Animation Demo Reel
• Previous Animation experience in a similar Senior / Lead position.
• The ability to create benchmark animations.
• Have a curious mindset that is not afraid to learn new things.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Lead the animation team in the process of creating animations that fit the style and vision of the project.
• Support both Junior and Senior animators.
• Bring vision into imaginative motion through keyframe.
• Work alongside the Animation Director and Producers to ensure that the creative vision will be produced.
