Lead Game Designer

OPMs client are are seeing a talented Lead Game Designer with a true love for video games to join their team working on both famous and new IPs.

The successful candidate will lead the design team, working closely with a talented team of gameplay, level, and narrative designers.
 
REQUIREMENTS:

• Previously released a title on either PC or Console.
• Been in a similar position during a full production cycle.
• Good interdepartmental skills and awareness. 
• Familiar with agile and scrum processes.
• Previous experience with designing 3D action adventure titles.
• Fluent in English. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a team designing core design features on the game. 
• Working closely with a talented team of gameplay, level, and narrative designers.
