OPM’s client is a currently seeking a talented and experience Lead Game Designer to join their passionate team.

The successful candidate will be a core part of the game development process and work with a wide variety of team members such as Artists, Developers and Product Managers.


  • Strong experience as a Senior or Lead Game Designer with work on a minimum of 3 shipped titles ideally
  • Experience leading a game design team and remaining within project timescales
  • Experience with multiple forms of game design such as UI/UX, feature design, balancing etc
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effect with various teams


  • Set and support the creative direction of the project while supporting the work of other designers
  • Work closely with other team leads such as Art, Code, Production, QA, to shape the project
  • Design new content, create addition content for their current catalogue, analysing and improving existing features
  • Produce clear annotated mockups and/or diagrams for UI and HUD


  • Experience working on Live Service products/managing a games post-launch content
  • Experience working on PC and current-gen consoles
  • Knowledge of game engines such as Unity and Unreal Enigne
  • Creative or narrative writing stills
