Project: AAA Racing Games

This developer has been making great games for over 30 years! They have a rich and unrivalled heritage of multiple award-winning racing games that any gamer will recognise. Working at this studio you will deliver AAA standard games, have your ideas heard, be valued and recognised for your contributions.


  • Implementing features in a timely and effective manner
  • Design Team standards, change control and documentation
  • Maintaining the Product Owner’s specifications for the feature in hand
  • Leadership and mentoring
  • Communication between designers working in different scrum groups
  • Updating production and senior management on the status of the Games Design
  • Constantly evangelise the game design to the wider development team and the wider company
  • Evolve and improve the design team’s working processes, with support of the Game Director


  • Extremely driven and self-motivated
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fantastic teamwork skills
  • Interest with cars, racing or sport along would-be a plus
