My client is an established video game publisher for various platforms based in France who have been in the industry for over 30 years. They are looking for a Lead Digital Community Manager to join the team. They will work under the supervision their direct manager, the Marketing Manager, and, by extension, the direction of the Head of Group Software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop the Community Strategy for the games and for the publisher:

  • Directly manage the Community team, defining KPIs and objectives.
  • Ensure the strategies & activities are in line with the overall marketing, communication and business objectives.
  • Recommend the allocation of the budget for social media campaigns.
  • Ensure a permanent market analysis to apply the best practices and make recommendations to develop the CM activity.
  • Ensure regular reporting to share insights & take-aways with top management and production teams.

Develop the CRM Strategy:

  • In collaboration with other department and with external partners.
  • Including, Data Management Platform set up, emailing process and activations and more.

Ensure the relevant online visibility:

  • You’re responsible for the web presence of the games in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • With the CM team, you ensure the client and its games are present on all relevant social networks and you propose strategies to optimize the organic expansion of those communities.
  • You’re in charge of the Social Media Advertising and Influencers campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Masters/Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar.
  • Fluent in English both written and oral.
  • Extensive knowledge of the games industry, including management experience.
  • Good understanding of the digital communications and social media.
  • Organised, delivering work according to deadlines, reactive, proactive and sociable.
