OPM’s client, a developer of popular single and multiplayer Console/PC titles, is currently looking for a Lead Community Manager to lead their community team across offices in Lisbon, Oslo, and North Carolina.

This successful candidate will lead a fantastic group of people in helping to translate the vision of the company, the games into strategy and action, utilising knowledge to develop and market their products, support, and promote content creators and other contributors in their growing community.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience in Community Management or closely associated professions
• Strong experience in team management and leadership
• Superb English language skills
• Good understanding of game development disciplines and their interactions
• Good understanding of the general gaming market and business environment
• Passionate about open-world survival games

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage, lead and develop the team and more junior members
• Create strategy and activities in collaboration with team and stakeholders
• Set team and personal goals, and report and present actions and results
• Ensure transparency, predictability and efficiency both within the team and between the team and others
