This award-winning UK developer is seeking a Lead Cinematic Designer to join development on their world-famous AAA racing game franchise. You will develop, direct, and champion the cinematic creative vision whilst driving quality and upholding the project vision.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Great showreel showing recent work
• Excellent modern and classical cinematic fundamentals with an application towards establishing mood, tone, and emotion
• Outstanding understanding of cinematic storytelling, composition, and pacing
• In-depth understanding in a variety of cinematic presentation styles and up to date with the latest cinematic techniques and innovations
• Knowledge and understanding of modern trends within the entertainment industry with an ability to successfully apply to cinematic style as needed
• Strong understanding of the game development process and its unique limitations
• Knowledge of animation theory and technique
• Experience with the performance capture process
